Student facilities | EleUM
EleUM stands for Electronic Learning Environment Maastricht University. The basis of
eleUM is Blackboard.
EleUM is a system, where students as well as teachers have an account and where all the material necessary for the courses, in which the student is enrolled, for example general course information, course books, lectures, teachers and assignments
can be found.
The use of eleUM ensures that all information of importance is available at one central location and that teachers can use the electronic environment to support different forms of education. Furthermore,
eleUM also provides a way to communicate with fellow students or teachers. This can be done by either e-mail or discussion groups and in a spontaneous structured, as well as a formal structured way.
EleUM is divided into
six main categories, represented in tabs: My UM,
My MGSoG, Courses, Community,
Library and Personal Area. You can browse these tabs and discover the content of course information of the academic years available. The strength of the system lies in its flexibility and its ever-evolving information function. EleUM can be personalized for every user, and if you are a student, you can customize your
eleUM in terms of look & feel, and information.
EleUM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible from everywhere through the Internet.
