Student facilities | student adviser
The School student adviser can help the students when they have study-related or personal problems, listen to them and advise them how to proceed. The student adviser can support the students in time management, planning of their studies, etc. But also in special circumstances affecting one’s studies, for example an illness or family circumstances, student advisers may be able to help. When the problems are really serious the student adviser will assist students in finding professional help within the UM and of external organisations, such as Riagg, student pastor and hospitals. Therefore, the student adviser operates within a network of experts within and outside the UM. The student adviser is an independent person within the School who is not involved in the grading or reviewing the students.
