Opportunties
Your donations
have an impact on every aspect
of our academic mission, and
therefore we would like to offer
diverse opportunities to make a
contribution.
For any
donation up to €1.000,- you
become a Member of the Good
Governance Society. For
donations below €1.000,- you
become a Friend of the
Maastricht Graduate School of
Governance. Please find all
practicalities about making an
donation under giving to MGSoG.
1. Scholarships
We very much welcome every
gift that you are willing to
contribute to a scholarship for
talented students. We also
offer the possibility to give
your own or your organizations
name to a specific scholarship.

Below you will find an
indication for scholarships,
based on tuition fees and all
other costs (living costs,
housing, insurance, visa) for
the 2007/2008. *
Master tuition scholarship
€ 1600,- for EU students / €
11.500 for non EU students
Master full scholarship
€ 13.600 for EU students / €
23.500 for non EU students
PhD tuition scholarship
€ 7000,-
PhD full scholarship
€ 22.600,-
2. Research grants
If you or your organization
are interested in a specific
subject or research area of the
School of Governance and its
researchers, you have the
opportunity to sponsor research
projects or programmes in that
particular research area.
3. Naming a room
A room naming opportunity is not
just a vehicle to guarantee a
future for talented students by
donating to the Maastricht
Graduate School of Governance
Scholarship fund, it is also an
opportunity to express to a
highly-educated culturally
diverse community of
international students,
academics, entrepreneurs, policy
practitioners and politicians
your organization’s or
individual’s name in perpetuity
or part of that.
4. Event sponsoring
By sponsoring a
specific (national or
international) event or part of
an event we can offer you an
excellent opportunity to expose
your organizations name in
different ways (website, on
folders, posters, in rooms where
event takes place etc. ) to
participants of these events.
5. Unspecified donation
An unspecified donation to
the MGSoG
account at the University
Fund Limburg/SWOL
is an unrestricted donation,
which immediately helps to
support our ongoing academic
activities and help to meet
unforeseen challenges and create
new opportunities for both
learning, conducting research
and teaching.
