Jacques Ould-Aoudia

 

Jacques Ould Aoudia is an Economist of Development and has the following professional experience: Specialized in development economics, working at the Ministry of economics (Treasury and Economic Policy Directorate General), France. One of his recent works has focused on links between institutions and development, and on the search of institutional indicators of development. This work resulted in the building of a database called "Institutional Profiles". He is also in charge of analysing the economies of the Mediterranean Arab countries.

Benevolently: Chairman of the NGO “Migrations & Développement” founded in 1986 by Moroccan migrants. The NGO aims at supporting the most vulnerable rural zones in the Atlas Mountains of central Morocco by mobilizing migrants in dynamics of development by providing the population with basic infrastructures and by enhancing the civil society’ capabilities in all grounds of economic activity.
