Rinne, Jeffrey James is a Senior Public Sector Management Specialist with the Public Sector Group of the World Banks Latin America and Caribbean Regional Department (LCSPS). The focus of his work is public administration and governance institutions. His work on the politics of state reform in Argentina and Brazil is well known and highlz regarded. He has previously provided assistance on public administration challenges in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
