Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown is a management consultant and trainer who specialises in public service reform, human resource management and institutional development.  He has more than 30 years experience in international development and has worked in Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, the Pacific and the Caribbean.   He was resident in Lesotho, Kenya and Tanzania for 10 of these years and is now based in London.   Since 1995, he has provided services for governments engaged in public service reform in Uganda, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Nepal, Ethiopia, Zambia, Jordan, the Palestinian National Authority, Moldova, the Gambia, Liberia, Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria and Burundi.   He has consulted widely for the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development, the Swedish International Development Agency, and both the Asian and Inter-American Development Banks.
