Nils Boesen is a Danish development consultant specializing in organization, management and aid methodology issues. He has contributed extensively to methodology development related to capacity development, governance and sector-wide approaches. He is team leader for the consultant team working with the OECD/DAC’s GOVNET on governance assessments.

 Mr. Boesen has performed consultancy assignments for major multilateral agencies as well as several bilateral agencies. He is presently facilitating learning events on Sector Wide Approaches and Capacity Development for multi donor consortiums. Mr. Boesen holds a BA in philosophy and a Masters in social science from Roskilde University in Denmark.
