- Your registration is only valid if you have paid your participation fee (deadline for payment 4 weeks before the event)
- MGSoG allows the option to cancel the event at no costs until 4 weeks before the start of the AAU. In case MGSoG decides to cancel the AAU which you have applied for, we reimburse the registration fee.
- In case of cancellation before the registration deadline by the participant, we will refund the tuition paid minus 50 euro administration costs.
- In case of cancellation after the registration deadline by the participant, administrative costs of 150 euro will be charged.
