Please note that the fee includes lunches and dinners as stated in
the programme and exclude accommodation and travel expenses.

Please note that the programme is subject to change:

• MGSoG allows the option to cancel the event at no costs until 4 weeks before the start of the AAU. In case MGSoG decides to cancel the AAU which you have applied for, we reimburse the registration fee;
• In case of cancellation before the registration deadline by the participant, we will refund the tuition paid minus 50 euro administration costs;
• In case of cancellation after the registration deadline by the participant, administrative costs of 150 euro will be charged.

Travel & Accomodation
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements (see: how to reach us). Concerning accomodations we advise our participants to stay in Hotel Derlon, which is in the city centre and close to the conference venue.
