The Summer School will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands. It brings together senior and junior researchers with diverse academic backgrounds to take part in three courses offered, and join the skills trainings offered, including presentation skills. As part of the presentation skills training, we will schedule paper sessions where fellows and researchers are invited to present a paper, in one the following fields:
 
Social Protection Policy
 
Migration and Remittances
 
Health policy
 
Education and the Labour Market
 
Governance
 
We are interested in receiving papers fitting one of the above mentioned fields of study, both theoretical and applied, from a wide range of disciplines and countries, as the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance favours an international and interdisciplinary approach to social sciences.

The number of participants is limited to 40. We will review your application and inform you about the decision as soon as possible.

As result of the huge interest in our Summer School we have received lots of applications, therefore it is no longer possible to apply for the Summer School in 2008.
